Children's Telehealth

Telehealth is the delivery of University of Mississippi Medical Center and Children's of Mississippi health care services provided remotely through the use of communication technologies. It is not a separate medical specialty, but a means to deliver health care services. The goal of telehealth is to:

  • Improve access to care
  • Reduce healthcare disparities
  • Create efficiencies in healthcare delivery
