Adult Hospice Care

If your cancer is terminal, hospice care can help you get the medical care you need and help you and your family prepare for your death. To receive hospice care, usually you must be facing six months or less of life expectancy.

Hospice care can take place at your home or in a group setting. Workers help you and your family come to terms with end-of-life issues and help you work with your doctors to be sure you can live your remaining life as fully and as pain-free as possible. Our social workers can provide information on a hospice program near you.
